Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the business, returns are unfortunately not accepted. We sell items that are made to order and are all produced to order in our workshop.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item/s, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Make sure you contact us within 30 days of receipt of order.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the issue with the order you have returned, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
